Just reading in the latest HRM online that Chevy's baby marketeers are pulling out another 'old' performance monicker and sticker on the 2017 Camaro..   and will have TWO versions of the 1LE package available (one with the V6 and one with the V8)...  Actually the V6 versions sounds pretty nice to me, but the price will likely push $35-40K knowing Chevy, and it will likely still have the 'bathtub seating visibility'...

Well I haven't sat in a '16 yet, but I don't mind the view of the "bath tub"gen5.
I have read up on the new 1LE, and it does have MRC, but will only be avaliable on the 1SS only, but HUD will be standard. They need to lower it though, the Chicago auto show black 1LE sat like 6" to high

If Chevy is going to 'outdo' that GT350R, they need a different body than the *over fat* Camaro body they currently have.   hopefully any replacement will be a bit smaller (eliminating the useless back seat would not be a bad thing), and HOPEFULLY provide some driver visibility as to his surroundings.

Ford has answered the old question: 'What beats displacement??"       REVS!!   :)
The race is on. The z/28 with ls7 sounds much better IMHO but for sure the new GT350R will get it done. I still like our 2015 Z28 and its a neat joy to drive. Come on spring!

PS.  Chevy needs to find the engineer who defines the Mustang exhaust systems, and hire him (or her) to be PC.. :)    Mustangs always sound great, regardless of the engine they install...

My parents spend the winter about 5 minutes from the Sebring Florida track. With the wind right you can hear the cars and we slip out and see what's going on. George (no yenkos) brother was out there with Porsches last weekend and I was unable to get out and see them. Then on Monday we heard this deep roar, not the sound we normally hear. We went out and the corvettes that were 1 and 2 at Daytona were out here practicing by themselves. What a sound they made it was great. Last year we went out and Indy cars were practicing. You can park were you want and just watch. It's great
