1969 Z28 Exhaust Beginning of Resonator's

HERE is the Actual letter GM sent to an owner of a 12C LA built Z28 which DID NOT have chambered but did have non-resonator exhaust.

I would believe the GM letter to owners would be more accurate in it's transition dates as it was sent after April and they wouldn't want top send letters to unaffected owners.
