Like Len, I have a friend (not a member) who has a REAL 69 ZRS and has owned the car since 72, so I believe him when he says it is a real ZRS. Can I vote for him? I do not own a Z myself.

Like most such shortcomings, they are correctable, Bentley... just as that one is.. :)

Bill posted this hightlighted line below in the other thread that is going on this topic.

The CRG db has just over 1400 Z/28s; 18.55% are also RS.

The is a decent size sample.  Not speculation.    :)

I am surprised out of 5074 members on the CRG that nearly 30% (1400) are 69 Z/28 owners.

While I would like to see more Z/28 owners , I always am looking forward to seeing new first GEN members, (especially those with pictures!)

I doubt there are many people that have seen that many Z28s in a lifetiime.

ok,  now I understand. Sorry for the misinterpretation. I thought that voting was just based on members

I thought about this more, and to limit duplication, from this point forward let's keep it to cars you own currently.

If you know of someone with a First Generation Camaro, encourage them to join. And if they have a 69 Z28, they can vote.

For anyone that wants to share their car information (any type of 67-69 Camaro) for the CRG database, we would appreciate it. It is used for research/statistical purposes and will be kept confidential. We generally like to have pics of the VIN tag, body tag, and the engine pad with stamped information. Transmission and axle stamp pics are also appreciated. :)

So what's the sample size for a statistical analysis? Is it 10%? Of the 2000 Z's, how many are 68,69? Might be close to do an analysis on colors, etc? Sort of like in JM's book?

Color percentage estimates here.

Search around on the main CRG page (Exterior, Interior, Engine, etc. links). Also check out the reports when you have time. :)

how often do you update the paint chart % as cars are documented? Do you update it when you add 20 cars or once a year?
