'69 Oil Pressure Switch Adapter
« on: January 25, 2015, 12:50:07 AM »
What adapter is used to screw into a big block to use the oil pressure switch that works the idiot lights in the dash? This is not for a pressure gauge that is in a console.

I presume you are referring to the "Elbow".....there are two listed in the parts manual.

     1.  #3954219 - 1969/396  325hp or 350hp   (There was a note on the Aim that there was another part number used earlier and the number for it was #444052)
     2.  #3954220 - 1969/396  375hp

Here is a link that shows the elbow #3954219.......http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/581053/big-block-oil-fitting-brass-el
