Which old car would you choose?
« on: November 23, 2014, 07:40:41 AM »
I know these are not Camaro's. And this can be erased in a few days to save valuable space. However I have a chance to get one or ALL of these cars. But if you had to pick 2 or 3, which ones would they be? I am leaning towards the Chrysler New Yorker Deluxe "El Camino Style"?? I didn't know they made one. I am intrigued by that thing.. Danny

The sedan delivery (pic 033) for me!
Looks pretty complete and in good condition - a lot of those others, while cool cars/trucks, might be hard to find body and trim parts for.

X2

Looks pretty complete, and seems like it would take the least to make a driver out of it, and if you decided to sell I think it would be one of the easier ones to sell.

Those two 2 door fleelines look fairly nice and would make great old school customs.

But what would be your plans for them?  Restore... show... drive?
Of what you have pictured, the pickups would most likely draw the most interest and value.
You might want to post on the appropriate AACA forums for more information on the actual vehicle(s).  There's a forum there for most makes.
Let us know what you do.  ;D

Either of the Fleetlines look good/workable.  Pick the one that's most complete with the best body.

The green pickup would be my 2nd choice.

4 doors are worth less than 1/2 a comparable 2 dr model, work/utility trucks have a very small following.

My .02, and worth every penny...
