67 12bolt rear end cover ? (notch?)

Hi guys about to go thru the rear end(its a 12 bolt) in my 67 camaro. It has an aftermarket cover on it now ,want to return it to original .
I see two styles for sale 1 with a notch cut out and the other has no notch . what is correct ?

no notch is correct. the one with the notch is a later replacement after 1970.
