1969 SS Grille correct Black gloss Level?

If someone can point me in this direction as far as percentages I would be grateful!!

Whatever they were molded in.  Grilles were molded in black (or silver) and the surrounds were painted body color, so there's no paint on the grill sections.

That still doesn't help with the gloss level.

BTW
The silver grille in the black RS survivor was painted silver. The grille was molded in an opaque bone color plastic for lack of better description.
