Sorry for the delay. The car is on a lift and I had to go and borrow MY ladder back from my son to climb up to take the pics.
Attached are the images. Each time I take pics of my car for people I learn more about it.
What is of interest is that replacement rivets sold by places like AMK list the grill to trim rivet as black. I examined mine very closely and see absolutely no indication of anodized black.
It is raw aluminum. Same for the trim to valance rivet. Maybe LOS used a different supplier or AMK is in error? Also, I noticed something that is different from the assembly manual and that is the lower trim to valance rivet direction is opposite. The manual shows the rivet installed from the trim side down to the valance and my car has from the valance up to the trim with the rolled edge on the trim. Again, this is a LOS car so maybe it was different, or the manual is wrong, or it mattered on the installer? It would seem going from the valance up to the trim would provide more space for the rivet gun. Something worth a poll here I suspect.
Here are the images. The grill to trim rivets are flat heads and the trim to valance has a slight curved head.

I would have been surprised if the rivets were still black on your car.  They were manufactured with a black coating which wore off pretty quick from the elements.  If you look down the tube you will sometimes see a little black still there.

That's good to know. That makes it 3 (2 originals + 1 restored using the same direction) confirmed. It makes sense to have the rolled edge on the trim side and not the valance side or risk gouging the paint or primer film and encouraging rust to develop there.
