Anyone know anything about this guy?  I'm suspicious as this place is in Indiana and sounds like the scammer that was on ebay in the past selling re-stamped blocks as original etc.  I'm not implying that this place is doing that by any means.  I'm just a little suspicious.

Partly yes and partly no.  I knew it sounded familiar.  It's just been a while since I  even thought about the guy.

if the guy is located in angola Indiana, yes he is a scammer. I bought a "original" wood grain steering wheel from him. It was a clear re pop luckily at the time I lived about an hour away and after him saying he was busy very time I contacted him , I drove out there on a whim and told him I had the wheel and was ready to get my money back. I told him the wheel looked to good. I got my money back, but while I was there you could see he had newly casted water necks he was selling on ebay as NOS, and on his feedback he had sold like 10 396 375 horse "original" intake manifolds. Back then I did a internet search on his name, and my search turned up a lawsuit a guy had against him for fraud regarding a cross ram intake.

I read the Illinois legal case against "the gmparts"  regarding the cross ram intakes, which he lost by the way.  He is still listing parts on e-bay and I'm sure he will continue, until people learn about his business ethics or lack there of, based on his e-bay transaction.

I remember reading the excerpts from the case. he tried to say that NOS means "new original style". The judge didn't go for it.

He's been in jail several times for fraud as well.  I talked to the cops out there about him.  They got very interested to know he was back at it.  Long story short, he supposedly had my original engine.  My parents lived in Iowa and knew people in his town and they went to stay with them and took a look at the engine.  Word in the town was this guy was no good.  I played along with him for a while and even got a letter from him in prison where he still wanted to get me my "engine".  Ha Ha.
