We all have a lot to be thankful for. I have been working on a thanksgiving report with my son, and have learned a few things regarding the settlers and William Bradford and the first thanksgiving. William Bradford may have been the first person to use capitalism in what we now call the United States of America, and our country may not have come to be, or had a first thanksgiving without his inspiration.

If not for capitalism we might have all been driving 4 door commuters, instead of all the great classics that were born from the competition among all the american car manufactures, including one of our favorites - Camaro

(Anyone who hasn't heard of William Bradford (such as myself) would benefit from a good read about the roots of this great country of ours.)

God Bless everyone on thanksgiving!

Ditto :D  Wonderful thing " learning with your kids "  5 hour drive coming back from Big Rapids yesterday--wonderful to hear my son telling me about what he's learning up there with the same enthusiasm as when we used to do holiday book reports ! Not much greater a parent could be thankful for. Everybody have a good one.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I'm going to fire up the 68 up this afternoon and go for a ride.  It's still in the thirties, but the sun is out and the roads are clear and dry.
Heading for the Americarna LIVE car show and driving with the Chevy guys in a parade this Saturday.  Plan to wear my CRG shirt and track down Rick at the show....

I'm jealous I haven't been around my car since october of 12. I should see my car this summer when I visit Indiana and my in laws. I look forward to taking it out for a ride and snapping a few pics of it with some cool back rounds. for now it sleeps....
