 PERFECT! A picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes. These pictures align with my notes I took in the '80's about the blackout. The paint edge was under the spear molding and didn't protrude into the top sill area and these pictures prove that. I also notice the front fender anchor support area, after the rocker edge fold, looks to have had no tape hence no defined edge.

Yea...me too. I confused rocker with R/S door molding. At times I don't understand those Long Islander's  ;)
