Terry, those aren't valid part numbers, so it's going to impossible to tell you what they originally came out of. It could literally be any GM year or model from the 1950's to the 1980's.

Hi Ed, ya thats the only numbers I can see on them... do you think the "Hollander Interchange Manual" will do any good? If you had these ,were would you turn to for information? I have to switches and wiring harnesses and motors. This was supposed to be for a 69,  2 dr chevelle, but the quarter regulators are not here.Terry

No. I have both the Hollander and the Mitchell interchange manuals and they both give the original part numbers for 68-69 Camaro/68-69 Firebird (9712928 and 9712929).

I can't find anything that matches the numbers you posted.

5045585 and 5045586 shows up as being used in a lot of 60's Chevrolets, Buick, Olds, Pontiac, etc... Which isn't surprising. Most of these motors interchange with each other.

I can't find any info on the 9676096.

Ya the date codes are 326-69, 276-69, 225-68, (250-73, this is the 9676096.) The switches are rounded. Terry

Well Terry I think 1972 was the turning point for Fisher using squared switches for power windows on all divisions. But the change over began in the 1970 model year I think with Cadillac and Olds first then Buick and Chevrolet the year after, so that dates them as anytime before 70. The production date of 69 would be okay then if the switches are original to the regulators.

68-76 Chevrolet Division, Corvette line, Fisher Power Windows Regulator GM P/N 9676096.

Ya that's the question, weather the regulators are for a "69" or "66" or what ever. The regulators, switches, wiring harness and motors all came in a box. All came with a project 69 Chevelle 2 door. I got from my neighbor 6 years ago,he said he bought them from a guy back in the 80"s. He was told they were a complete set up  for a 69 Chevelle.(not) I restored the car without the power windows, and want to sell them, but don't know what the regulators fit. Any suggestions where to get Information on the regulators? Terry

Try looking in a Body By Fisher Service Manual under the Doors chapter.  I think they list different "styles" of regulators by 2 or 4 digit codes.  If you don't have one, go to General Discussion and the third item shows you how to download the 1967 edition.
