I have a late model Z28 and recently checked my battery cables, the positive cable is marked 6297684AS Delco, the negative cable is marked 4SX-25 Delco, both cables are molded exactly the same with similar markings "( )" up by the terminal bolts. Bolt cables are worn the same and to my knowledge they are original. Does anyone know if that is the correct negative cable for my car?
