protecto plate

My dad ended up with a protecto plate that was not for the car he bought.  Mismatched by a prior owner, I guess.  I thought I would post the vin in case someone has the car.  It is a 67 Camaro built in L.A.

  The car is not in the data base at the moment.  Would it be possible to get a picture of the protecto plate?
