not sure where to post this  , looking at buying a 69 Camaro and the original p o p does not have any original owners name info printed on the back side it has the dealer info stamped on it but no owner info how common is that  just thought was a red flag

I have a 68 Camaro 396 with a ce block how do you tell the build date the casting number is C-1-8   the stamp on the front pad is CE956908  the build date on the trim   tag is 4th week of march
