sbmiano, would an 03E cars have the 4 clips or fingers all the way around ? would you be able to post a pic of the front side of the trim ring so i could see the detail of where the inside edge of the ring meets the wheel ? thanks

so if i order this information will it say whether or not my car was produced as a z28 or SS ? that would be the main reason i would want it. they must have that information available if they know what dealer the car went to and when the car was built.

i am going to change my vacuum source to full manifold vacuum on my 302, i am running ported vacuum now. i was wondering if when i do it will the set idle change ? it`s cold in minnesota right now so i won`t be firing the car up until spring. also wondering what points you guys use in your 302`s, mine are fine for the time being but want a set for stand by. thanks

Tim, i uncovered the Z and it has a sealed beam identical to the one you have, the one that does not say "DOT" i will post a pic, the font is the same too. it`s even on the same side of the car, passenger side 
so maybe it`s factory, hard to say but being the T3`s and Powerbeams say guide most likely not ? food for thought i guess being 2 z28`s have them.

General Discussion / reproduction spark plug wires

i was wondering if anyone has used the reproduction plug wire sets on cars with headers ? i have hooker headers and the clearance is tight on the #6 tube. i burned through a wire with some aftermarket wires, otherwise it seems like the rest might have enough room. any input would be great, thanks

here`s a few pics of the powerbeams, not sure how to decipher the date code. the code read 6014 on top, the middle read 14 '4 22 the bottom read (large dot on each side of 12) 12 and another character i could`nt make out next to the 12 and before the dot, maybe a V ?
