That is why I am not adding all the add ons you always see like spoilers or ralley wheels, ZL2 or gauges, you know what I mean.

wait wait wait, are you trying to tell me not all 69 camaros were z/28, not buying it, all the ones ive seen for sale say their camaro is a 69 z/28 matching numbers lol

thinking a day 2 look, with my traction bars, Sun tach

ive always thought the day 2 look to would be very period correct, but i would add some torque thrust like available back in the day not the polished/chrome ones, as cookie cutter as it sounds

but i gonna tell you the same thing most will, post pics of stamp pad, and casting numbers off the block and crank, you already have the oil pan off, so it shouldn't be a problem.  the  K198 i would think is to late for a 68 302 since the DZ was already available.
30  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Decoding/Numbers / Re: did DZ block have screen in valley like in the pic from the factory? on: May 30, 2013, 12:08:19 PM
I know a guy that still uses it in all his the motors he builds, he has a good reputation, so he doesn't mess with success, i was at his shop last week, and saw a fresh short block with the valley painted
