Trans-Am Camaros / A thanks to Jon Mello and the rest of the contributors of this forum

I'd just like to post a quick thanks to Jon and the rest of you that have contributed to this forum.  I have been a big fan of Trans-Am cars for quite awhile and have collected alot of articles from magazine and the internet on these cars. I just stumbled onto this site and spent alot of happy hours reading all the threads and realized there's more knowlege here than anything I've collected over the last few years.  An example, I was looking for a picture of the tall spindles that were used in the T/A Camaros but had never seen one.  After reading these threads for an hour, low and behold, there's a picture of one.  Thanks for all the great threads. Trans-Am Camaros / 1969 Penske Camaro

Sometime ago I read that the 1969 Penske Donahue Camaro was involved in a accident at a T/A Historic race. I also read it was going to be rebuilt.  Did that ever occur and has it raced again?
