I have a 1969 Chevrolet 350 engine block and assorted parts (see pics). Engine is a 250hp version and I was told it came out of a 69 Camaro. All parts in pics are included and all are in good shape. Engine has a little ridge at the top but I do not think it has ever been bored or rebuilt.  Supposed to be from a 65K mile car. Any questions please ask. I do not see any damage or problems but I am a Mopar guy so selling as-is. Local pick up encouraged but I will strap to a pallet and deliver to a shipping terminal as long as you pay and make your arrangements.

Restoration / Re: Carburetor Restoration

Eric did my Holley carb, best in the business IMO. Excellent workmanship, fast turnaround, knows carbs inside-out and he’s a car guy himself.
Here’s a few photos of the restored unit set up on Eric’s test engine:

Screwdriver was required to remove the center caps.

Originality / Re: 69 Z/28 Van Nuys Broadcast Sheet
« on: October 20, 2020, 07:26:10 PM »
Jim I queried the possible lack of ident number because based on the original question, the sheet is already separate from the car, and the car is for sale. I just wouldn't rely on that alone as absolute proof, although perhaps the current/previous owner documented finding and removing the sheet? Also significant if the car in question has been restored, or not.

Can you make out the ident number at the top? If not, can’t be matched to a car, which’s be a pity.

The angle doesn’t look right, but I wonder if it was originally for an in-dash hood release pull cable? I had something similar on an old Holden ute to stop anyone being able to pop the hood from the factory release catch. After all this time, we’re only speculating though.....

Can’t answer about the build dates, other than to say I have an AI-dated (January 1969) 40669 pump. Not sure about running or shelving it at this stage, as it has not been used in decades.

How come the stripes continue at the rear of the spoiler, i.e. to the lip of the trunk lid?

Does a hard line suggest the material was applied to the door skin prior to assembly on the door shell?

Late for a NOR car to have the partial on the pad..... looks like it ends in ‘011’ from Austin’s photo?

Fantastic pictures Warren, great to see your car when new - and capturing the factory ride height nicely.
