Car sold for 148500 with commission. It was listed as rebody. So I assume the documents were with the vin tag at one time. I think this was before I got here

There was some reason there's a extra vin tag on it. I talked to someone once on it and it might have had rust there. Sounds like all the expensive parts are there. Automatic will hurt it some.

Yep meant burnished brown. What's funny a guy on yenko.net mentioned a car that sounds like the same one the dealer told me about. Might be red now

They can be chromed. There was a post on here that talked about soaking the glass to get it loose. Mine had a silicone like product and it was difficult to get loose

My opinion, for what it's worth lol, over 30 with those quarters is too much. What I have seen with that damage, if original fenders are still on it, they would be suspect at the bottom with the brace. Car really needs a good looking over

43  Camaro Research Group Discussion / General Discussion / Re: 1969 Burnished brown Z/28's on: December 14, 2014, 06:45:40 PM
I was at the local Chevy dealer Friday talking to the salesman who has been there since 66. He said there was a BB z28 in town for years in a garage. He said the car was raced and came up for sale and they went to look it and the battery was in the trunk and some other mods so they passed on it. I believe he said it was sold and repainted a different color
