Yeah that's crazy for a car to go the distance like that, and still be within 10 miles of Baldwin like that. Guess cars are only as nomadic as there owners right?! Sweet car to get ahold of for sure.

I have an SS hood, with a date code 48. Is this the 48th week of the year?. Also any differences between 67 and 68?

69 Pace, that's a MUCH better idea, thanx. 77Thor, the only clue I've found while restoring was in the a/c duct, an old S&H green stamp lol, and a prehistoric 1.50 drive-in theatre ticket to the APACHE THEATRE in TYLER TX. I may also have a Texas car. Lol anyone know how to read the area code on a GREEN STAMP lol???

Build date- 2B 3L/4P L142305 has the bracket, no rod, no axle bracket. But my mystery is a 10 bolt rear! Could this original? The date lines up perfectly for the car

The reason I'm wondering, I live in Oklahoma and was thinking about applying for a title history. The application is only good for times it was registered in OK. My car is a Van Nuys, so if what I believe is true, the car was probably not first sold in my state, which would make a title history search pointless.

I don't have access to the codes right now, lol cause my brother lives about 60 mi. away. Buta few things I do know is the vin is around 20,000 Norwood built, and speedometer exits right side of steering colum meaning Muncie, if I remember correctly. I was thinking I had heard some early Z28s and 396s had been 4P cars, but wasn't sure of the fact.
