Looking at your photo you probably need L30 A3 page 279 as reference.  Gaskets etc should be the same though.  I found them at one of the Eckler online stores.  Their part # 564109.  You may be able to get just the gaskets from them, I needed this entire set.

If you have the AIM, look at K24 A2, or page 267 as penned in on my copy.

I believe the bolt goes thru a flat washer, then fiber washer, then thru the tube assy then another fiber washer on the bottom.  I recently bought a repop set and their fiber washers are black.  Had to buy from an early 60's Chevy parts vendoras a road draft tube hardware set.  You also may want to ensure you have the tin can looking vent under the intake, that connects to the same passage inside the rear of the block.

I found mine can't be installed until the engine is dropped in, as the rear lift shackle is in the way and will need to eventually come off.

I'll have to dig out old photos before it was restored.  Thought we replaced the RH fender, not the driver side.  One is original.  One cage nut could have been lost off the bracket at some point.  Odd though, looking at Z22 B7 it looks like they only show one screw 3855554.

FWIW both sides were the same - the #3 bolt with that captured thick/dished washer, nothing else.  The car was repainted (poorly, in a similar color) when I got it back in mid 80's so I'm not certain the bumper was ever off the car.  I noticed the washer on mine seems slightly larger in diameter than the 3872455 they show in the AMK catalog.  The bolt isn't all that long to start with, don't know if they'd have another washer underneath this or enough thread to accommodate one.

Thanks!

Any idea if they identified the inspector, or something else like day of the week or what specific area was inspected or?

RE: the #3 bolt, I think this is what you were looking for.

Here's what was in my LOS 11Bcar, I believe these are original.

This is what was in my 11B LOS car, believed to be original

I also included a pic of the fender which is also believed to be original.  Only has one hole, and the bracket only has one cage nut but an available square hole for a second nut.

Early 67 MU block, not original to car but from same plant and week mine was built (LOS 11B).  I believe the engine build date was in mid August.

Looking closely at the front corners of the rectangular hole, it appears they are not a perfect 90 degree angle as you would expect from something GM did.  Maybe just a fairly decent cut job by a previous owner.  No clue what may have been attached there.

My 67 is two states away in storage but as I recall the rear cushions had threaded studs and used a stamped nut, same as the NOS front guards I have in the basement.  I have no idea what the repops use.  FWIW my #3 bolts were 3/8-16 threaded to a point with star washer as shown in the AIM.  Can't remember if the #4 washer was flat with dimples on one side or just slightly dished.  I think both bolt asm and washer were phosphate finish.  The #5 bolt is a silver zinc 3/8-16x1 with TR on the head and three hashmarks for grade 5, same as B-10149 AMK sells.  This is all assuming it was original when disassembled.  I sparingly used either dark gray body putty or black 3M weatherstrip adhesive to seal the holes.  You really couldn't see it once assembled.  It will be a month before I get back to the car to take any pics.

Related closed vent system question - is the "Tube Asm." 3881848, item 11 shown in section K24, sheet A3 (penned in as page 267 at bottom) also referred to as a road draft tube?

Well the seller has his ID correct, the buyer will need his changed to 67morph.  Occasionally I wish there was a device to send about 10,000 volts thru to someones PC power supply.

Without the original block, is there any other way to determine if an early 67 had closed or open venting, by build date, options, plant etc?  Car now has a numbers correct but not matching 657 block.

Been awhile since I've done anything on the car, forgot about that one.  Thanks.
