Documentation I have shows the orig. owner wanted this option on the car but it had to be installed at dealer.

Just wondering about this old thread and what has been learned since last post. I have a 12c 67 that has
a dealer installed cruise. My understanding is that it was a option this early, but as a dealer installed option only.
Anybody want to jump in?

How do the date codes run as compared to casting and build dates? Remember this is a 12c 67 car
Most all date codes on motor are running L's

So V1207MU would use ton 308 with date code maybe around L?6

Unit is surging. Been a few since had my hands on one and remember little. Checked chain. I know hoses need to be changed but not sure of proper routing. Check this first. Suggestions welcome
