General Discussion / Hood hinges

Can just one hinge be replaced without creating alignment problems, or should they be both be replaced.
Have a SS and right hinge is loose enough that the stop misses to the inside. WD the hinges and now the hood won't even begin to stay up.

Does anyone know where a original style kickdown cable can be purchased? All I can find are the new style, which will not allow you to use same bracket or get the vacuum line to booster back the way it should.

Originality / Radiator support seal L48 A/C

Looking for some info on the fasteners for the seal across the top of the radiator support on L48 A/C cars. Any pictures or posts on here? Any suggestions on where to get them?
I Have the seal, but can not find any thing relating to the clips other than the assy manual.

Maintenance / Rear main seal leak

Fresh motor rebuild and on start up rear main seal leaks (drips) at a steady rate above idle. At idle it will stay dry. Has a new fel-pro 2pc seal, gray one that came with gasket set. Staggered ends with no sealant on ends. Did seal main cap at recommended points.

Maintenance / Light Switch wiring on 69

Does anybody know or have a pic of the harness plug at the light switch. DG wire has come out of the plug and not sure which slot to place it back into. I think this is for the dash lights because I have none at this time.
But I do have a light on my clock....... My Dash light on the clock is on whenever the key is on. Is this Correct?

Any body know of a good source for all the seals for the A/C 69 cars. Need from defrost vents down. Can find nothing on the upper defrost tube to dash seals.
Also looking for the missing spring on the fresh air door RS.
