Originality / Re: 1967 windlace end cap style open or closed?
« on: December 08, 2016, 12:00:44 PM »
My car has standard black interior, and was built at Norwood. I had forgot about the difference in the two until I read your post. We re-did our interior back in 03, (mice) and I kept as many original pieces as possible.

My 67 02E NOR L35 coupe has an open LH with no part number. The RH has a G1 503078-1 part number and is closed.

Originality / BB Air Cleaner Lid Black or Chrome
« on: September 12, 2016, 03:33:07 PM »
I was at a show recently and a gentleman commented about my air cleaner lid. He said with my bill date 02E, the lid should be black. Was there a change over period from black to chrome? My car is a NOR L-35, T-400. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, I too hope more info is uncovered.

I just have a quick question. I recently sent off for dealer info on my friends 69. I got a reply back that the information was not available. Its an early build,  9N501365. Would it be prudent to submit another request later on as more information becomes available?

Got the rad back from the shop this morning. The letters on the side of the tank are C and F. The number at the bottom of the tag is 30147198

Decoding/Numbers / Rad Tag Decode
« on: May 23, 2016, 06:00:41 PM »
I'm helping a friend with some work on her Camaro. Its a 69 with a non original 350. Took out the radiator to be serviced and noticed it was an original one. The car has no trim tag on it, but its an early 69 N501365.
    Tag shows the following:
    IA  VL
    CF
    59
There are no numbers on the bottom of the tag. I'll try and get a picture posted.
Any decode help would be appreciated.
