Where the  front fuel comes up the  sub frame if it held down by a bolt and clamp it is small block. If it has a double sided clamp that is riveted into the frame it is a big block! The big block fuel line will just snap into the clamp. Hope this helps.

Check in the glove box for tire decal. Also check on the lower half trunk gutter where the weather strip is see if it  red  or black below the weather strip.

We are on the same page! It's just some time's when i here expert's i want to correct them if i see something wrong. That's what great about this sight to get reviews from other's to help everybody else so can have correct car's at shows. I try to keep a open mind because I sure do not it all. The car i am talking about is 327 car one owner. The only thing that was changed on the motor was the water pump for which i have found a correct dated water pump. She has kept invoice's of anything that was fixed on this car. The motor has never been out of this car period since it left the Norwood Plant. So tell the experts they are wrong cause i know this is the original flat handle that left with this car brand new and she states it was never changed period.

Steve got you covered have the flat handle. Since you car is late car will be flat not round. There is topic on this originality group. But replacement's does  have SE oil on it. The blue car's originals does not say in on it and now your car a week after it.

Steve that is the early one the later like yours should have a flat handle. I found you one years ago it should be in your pile somewhere!  Am i going to have to come out there and find your 68 parts for you like i had to find Darrell's smog stuff. Better yet you need to bring that car to me so i can have 3 of the late colors 68's.

The company has a real bad reputation. Been discussed about before. I would never look at anything they have. Worst MSO I have ever seen. The HP rating is not is not even correct. Have 3 copy's from State of Tennessee one is my 396 convertible and a friends 68z28 also 68 327 coupe. In Tennessee if the car was shipped to a dealer brand new years ago you could do a title search before the privacy law. The had it on microfiche and would send you a Certification on the car paper work including copy of Dealer invoice and MSO and all the previous owners.

I have been doing Chevrolet part's  for 31 years. I get  my information from original gm parts books. All 67 Camaro's on the rear took part # 4229494 & 4229493 which was went always the way down the front of the rear quarter. All 68 Camaro's  took part # 7795064 &  7795063 which was shorter at the front of the quarter's. I just checked my Chevrolet part's which was dated may of 1968 & also my December 1968 . I also have old Chevrolet ad's picture's that show a 1968 Camaro SS non rally sport & 1968 corvette. The Camaro rear wheel was short on the front. Have also have a picture of me in  May 1968 in front of a 1967 Rally Sport it's rear molding was long. I would keep what you have on there because it is correct. Old ad's are your best source. You can find them at swap meet's & Ebay. I have sold hundred's of the Camaro wheel molding's and have never had a customer complain. Hope you have a Merry Christmas and enjoy your Camaro.

That what I am saying on the RS option on the front's are shorter. The rear's used the short on the RS & standard Camaro because there was they only offered one type of wheel molding 7795063 & 7795064 per my 1969 Chevrolet parts books.

All 68 rear's are the same 7795063 & 7795064 The front 68 r/s is 3928529 & 3928530 which stops at the r/s molding. The non r/s molding on the front is  9785881 & 9785880 which goes all the way  down to the bottom off the fender. Hope this help!

You say the it has the Rally Sport option most was painted black on the rocker panel except for some dark colors. Not sure on British Green.  It is not mentioned on the charts in RS black out chart in the paint forums. Maybe some body will chime in confirm if it was.
