Yep; Of course I'm a Chevy guy.. :)   You didn't know that?   I was planning to restore the Mustang once I finished all my Chevys..  but I keep buying Chevys..   ???

The Mustang is hemmed in between a '55 BelAir and a '55 front clip.. :)

Stang is a one owner (my wife) with original title totally stock except for 500 cfm Holley 2 bbl (on Windsor 351 engine).. shaker hood, off-white perforated seats, fold down rear seat, rear spoiler, hood lockdowns, automatic, rimblow steering wheel...  Oh..  and 'two stage' dust...  :)      Wanna buy it?  :)

Congrats!!  What a nice little 70, I would sure love to add that to my collection..  Very nice sir!!

Glad to you back on the CRG Nick, and hope to see more updates of your awesome (driver) Camaros.

Thank you sir. Believe it or not I finally dug the 69 Z back back out after a 6 year slumber. I've put put 450 miles on it in since the first of the month. I think I spent too many years worrying about all the what if's?? Now I'm to the point of screw it.. I'm going to enjoy these cars before I'm too old or  :P

Neat picture.  8) I used to drive my 68 SSRS 396 to high school & it was rare to see a 67-69 Camaro in the lot even back in the early 80's.

She just loves the cars and I think secretly likes the attention, so I have been letting her take it as long as the weather is nice.

On a side note.. I ran across this this morning  while I took my other daughter to an appointment.

I snapped the pic with my phone and started to drive away. I saw an older gentleman limping towards the car so I went back around and stopped and talked to him briefly. I parked and walked up & said...  Hello I just had to get a picture of his car as I have one just like it. He then looked at me with that look in his eyes like we all have when hearing someone say the same thing, as he waited for me to finish me sentence with...  only its not a Camaro its a 73 LTD Station wagon Squire edition Brown with a Green fender. lol..  I showed him a picture I had on my phone of our White 68 Convertible and perked up a bit. He said he bought the car new and it's been his only car since new.   :)  He asked if ours was an SS and I said no it had a 327 in it and he said his had a 6 cyl. I could tell he was in a hurry so I let him go but asked him if it was born Corvette Bronze and he kind of chuckled and said.. I was the first person he had ever talked too that even knew what that color was. lol..

Thanks, yes sir this car was about as basic as they came from what I can tell.

I over paid for this turd as a basket case in May with no motor, trans, interior or much of anything else for that matter. lol..  It had a manual trans clutch pedal laying in the floor and the tunnel had been butchered in the past from a shifter but there was no sign of the metal ring on the floor for the shifter boot. That would make sense that it was a 3 on the tree but I assume the column has been changed because it had a floor shift column. This car has been beat from every end and used & abused over the last 50 years.

After replacing both the quarters, outer wheel houses, trunk drop offs, trunk filler panel, dash and several portions of the floor it's back off my rotisserie and the rear shell is in 2K primer. I would like to shoot it sometime in October before the weather changes and hopefully have a running driving car early spring.  Once it's complete, I'm going to put a for sale sign in the window and I promised my daughter I would let her daily drive it until it sells. She is a senor this year and something tells me there wont be another one like it in High school parking lot.  :)

Another odd thing was it did not have a front sway bar. There weren't even any holes for the sway bar brackets in the subframe. Does anyone know if this is a 67 6cyl thing or just because it was an early car?

Yes, it's a '67 6-cylinder thing.  Read this...

Thank you for the info Paul, I added this cars info to the other thread.
