.. probably...lol... Add mine to that list. I installed power steering on it right after I bought it almost 20 years ago. Last spring I decided I would put the factory manual box back on the car & I only drove it a few times before sticking the PS back on. I guess I'm just too old for the arm strong steering anymore.and it's still going up!~ Lots more PS on Z28s now than there ever were when they were new....
but more than a restored car you would think, right?
So I find an Pep Boys or something and buy some studs & lugs and proceed to fix it in the parking lot with basically no tools. Back on the road and I make to Florida mid morning the next day. We pick up the car and turn right around & head for home. I made it almost all the way back the NM state line and the borrowed spare tire blows apart and darn near rips the fender off the trailer. When I get stopped in the middle of nowhere, at about midnight, I find a big chunk of the tread has flown forward and lodged between the tongue of the trailer & the deck. With no spare I jack it up and move the right front tire to the rear axle and limp into the closest town, Clovis NM. Of course nothing is open at this time so I stop at a gas station and start offering to buy anyones spare tire that stops in. I finally get lucky and someone sells me their spare and off we go again headed for home. Four or five hours later I finally make it home. I back the car & trailer on to the side of the house dead tired and head in to get some sleep, I had been basically up for 3 days straight. I get a few hours sleep and go out to unload and notice the left rear trailer tire is leaning and upon a closer look, the bearings are gone, I mean completely gone and only the nut & about half the thickness of the washer is holding that wheel on. The most amazing thing is...when that tire blew & beat the hell out of the trailer it never touched the car. 
Aside from that, it's been a pretty good old trailer. lol..

Yeah it blew & i didnt even know it. I got home late at night and didn't even see it until the next morning.The tire behind it had thrown its tread also, could have been ugly.
Seems to be a common occurrence out here in the desert South West. I blew a tire on my enclosed last year and didn't know it either. Couldn't feel it or hear it. Luckily had a nice guy flag me down and pointed to the tire. I needed gas soon anyway so I hit an exit and pulled in. It looked just like yours, lol.

Thinking about trying to down size my hoard a bit & maybe let go of my 69 Z/28. I was hoping for some advice on how to go about actually selling the car in this day & age? Where would you list it? would you try and fix a few small things first or just sell as is etc.. I think I've owned it 18 or 19 years now & only put about 7000 miles on it in that time. It's far from perfect, but is still a nice solid # 3 car. Thankfully, I don't need to sell it, I'm just looking for some info from others that have been down this road.
Any & all advice would be appreciated, Thank you.
I would think you would have no problem selling your Camaro its a nice looking car as is. Don't sell yourself short, your being honest and up front about the condition of it and potential buyers will recognize that. I would address the issues you are aware of but that's just my opinion. Being a long time owner is also huge selling point and it doesn't sound like your pressed to sell it so those are more positives.
I would list it in the classified section of a Camaro forum such as Team Camaro. Also, just advertise it at some local car shows and word of mouth will get around. There are a ton of guy's from the muscle car era who are approaching retirement, looking for a hobby and trying to bring back a little of their youth. As far as a value of it goes I would just do some comparisons and you might be pleasantly surprised. In my opinion the last of the baby boomers have expendable cash and are driving the prices up. Dammit. I met a guy a couple weeks ago looking for a good Z. He was tired of looking at fakes. It was at Pavillions in Scottsdale. I will be back there in a couple weeks and might see him again. He left his contact info with Larry Christiansen.
Years ago I had my 302 re-done as I had ring failure in #7. I was excited to have that typical small block Chevy rear main oil leak finally fixed as well. About 3 months after I got it up and running again, the rear main oil drip returned. Oh well, the 302 still runs like you know what!!
From the picture your engine looks to good to pull.
