I believe those are just the buckle covers. I need the deluxe seat belt buckle assembly. I have found the standard seat belt buckle assembly, but not the deluxe seat belt buckle assembly.

Does anyone make replacements for 1968 Camaro Deluxe Seat Belt Buckles?

I do not have a copy of the MSO. I do have a copy of the first title. It was sold to the original owner on 1/10/68.

Just received my Shipping Data Report today. The unusual information on this report is that the official production date for my car is 1/3/68. The trim tag has 12E. I suppose that assembly was started on the last production day in 1967 and was finished on the first production day in 1968. Here is a picture of the trim tag.

Yes, thats my Z/28. I've owned it since August 1968. I had it completly restored in 2007. It's pretty much like it came from the factory. You can see more pictures at: 1968camaroz28rallysport.shutterfly.com The 55 belongs to my cousin. Thanks for the compliments.

Restoration / Is this 68 Z/28 in the DB?

This Camaro is scheduled to be sold at the Mecum Auction on Friday Sept 6th in Dallas. I was curious if it was as good as it sounds and if it is in the data base.

I for one am very excited about the new Z/28. This car is very unique. It will be built especially for the track as was the original Z. It has its own characteristics as did the original Z. And it will be very fast. Can't wait to see one in person.

Great Drag Racer! My favorite. Saw him race several times in the '60s, '70s and '80s. He will be missed!
Rest in Peace Grumpy!

This is not the one that was for sale in TX. I've owned this Camaro since August 28, 1968, but it is Sequoia Green.

I hope I did not offend anyone by saying that this web site was the whole truth about Fred Gibb Chevrolet. I used very poor wording. I just think this web site has a lot of information about Fred Gibb that a lot of forum readers might not know.

If you want to know the whole truth about Fred Gibb Chevrolet check out this web site. Being from Illinois, I was at his dealership back in 1969 and saw the ZL1's that he had. There also was a ZL1 for sale at Huffman Chevrolet in Farmington, Illinois where I bought my 1968 Z28.

I have been a fan of Bill Jenkins for quite a number of years. I first saw him at the NHRA World Finals in Tulsa, Oklahoma racing his 1968 Camaro Pro Stocker. Get well soon, Bill. Our prayers are with you.
