You have to make sure you have a cat that is a great mouser, but when I had a mama cat and one of her offspring prowling my house and garage area outside they basically caught any rodents that came around.   Nothing like a mouser cat to keep the rodents under control.

Yes, I think of Pearl Harbor Day every Dec. 7th even though I wasn't even born yet when it happened.  My mother told me about it growing up.  My dad was in the Navy during WWII as was one of my uncles who was on the USS Enterprise that day heading toward Pearl from I think Guam.  They were late leaving Guam and were held up by weather, etc. otherwise they might have been at Pearl too on Dec. 7th.
One of the last 2 survivors from the USS Arizona, Lou Conter, age 101, lives in the next town over from me.   I used to see him often before the COVID pandemic.

Bought my sheets today.   The woman that waited on me mentioned they are selling fast.  They are called pony cars by the Post Office, but they left out the Firebird and Cuda.

Thanks for sharing; I hadn't seen it yet.  I'll be heading to the Post Office soon.

Thank you for the pic.  Those redlines do look nice.

Those new red lines look great.  I am guessing your rally wheels are 14x7.  Did you have any problems getting them to fit or any rubbing issues?

Now I just have to convince myself that it is alright to spend $328 per tire plus taxes and shipping for redlines instead of $120 per tire plus taxes and no shipping cost for white lines.

Beautiful car.  I often wish mine had disc brakes, but I do like the mag style wheel covers mine has as they don't seem to be very common.

I just bought the FR70-14 Redlines and they're sitting in my garage (unmounted).  I bought from JEGS because they had a $100 off coupon, plus free shipping.    That made them a tad under $300/tire.  Still, an absolute punch to my gut, but they'll look good.  I'm replacing BFG Radial T/A RWL 215/70R14 that were put on the car in ~1991.  Plenty of tread left!  But, I think they have the elasticity, plasticity, and grip of granite at this point.

When I get them mounted, I'll take a before and after pic and post them here ... probably in the next couple of weeks.  Then you (OP) can see if the redline premium is worth it to you.

I'll hold off buying any tires until I see your before and after pics.  Thanks again.

Thanks guys for all your ideas.  Right now I'm learning toward Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP II's in a 215-70R-14.  These come with a white stripe, and my local tire dealer has them for $120.26 each.  I definitely want a radial as I prefer their handling over a bias ply.   Firestone no longer makes the tires now on my Camaro.

I am thinking it is time to replace the tires that were on my '67 SS when I bought it as they are 14 years old.  They are 215/70R/14 with a white stripe, Firestone brand.  From what I read on the 1967 Camaro basic info on this site and other places the tires that came on my car from the factory would have been D/70/14 bias ply red stripe with white stripe optional at no cost.  Does the D mean a 195 width?   I want to replace my tires with a 215/70R/14 tire as I like the way they look, they fit my car fine, and I definitely want a radial.  I think 1969 was the first year Camaros came with a white lettered tire, is that correct?  I'm not about to pay $300 or more per tire to get reproduction red stripe radials.  My car isn't entered for judging anywhere.  I don't particularly like black wall tires on first gen Camaros, so I have to decide on white lettered tires or white stripe tires.  Any suggestions appreciated.

Others more knowledgeable than me might correct this, but to the best of my knowledge a silver grill on any RS 1969 Camaro only came with a black painted body.  I'm guessing the factory thought maybe the regular black RS grill was too much on a black car with the RS option.
