Could you stick the stickers onto a removable film? (like they sell in baby stores to provide tinted window shade) Did you enter your VIN # to see what pops up, if anything on this site?
   We love pictures.

xdrive,
Good luck with that, there are some export owners on this site that may be able to point you in the right direction. if not, are the stickers removeable/fall off? if they happen to fall off after you get cleared
is there a regular inspection that will cause you problems? I only look at a speedometer when I know I'm going too fast.

This site is on the internet. People choose to beleive what they want instead of researching the facts.

Restoration / Re: Had your moldings flash chromed?
« on: July 21, 2015, 08:55:18 PM »
Window mouldings are stainless steel, I beleive that it was cheaper and quicker to flash chrome these pieces as oppossed to polishing for mass production. The old finish needs to be totaly removed before they can be polished. A professional is your best bet as they can twek very easy.
   Good luck.

Bill,
I had my mouldings polished about 4 years ago and they still look great. The cars ARE covered in the garage.

General Discussion / Re: Rebuilt Engine Trouble

Axlman,
AC plugs have always performed better than any other brand in my chevrolets. Our local NAPAs in this area no longer stock AC parts but can order them, they will sell you what they have in stock if you let them. Is the camshaft degreeded properly ( the two timing chain gear dimples should be together).
     Good luck,

Restoration / Re: Valve covers
« on: June 16, 2015, 08:08:04 PM »
Barry,
"tall" valve covers are used to clear rocker arm travel on engines with a hi-lift camshaft. If your engine does not have these type of rockers you should be fine with "low profile" valve covers.
  Google engines pictures.
   Good luck,
    Victor
