I'm in need of a Holley 3910 and found this one on Ebay. It looks to me that someone put an early base on a re-issue 3910 carb. Wondering what the experts think?

Anyone looking for a Early 67 RS SS L78? Mist Green, Wood wheel ,Custom Int. Black, Console, Gauges, Tach, 4-speed. All original sheet metal GA. car. 5000 mi. 1\4 mile at a time. back to stock except exhaust system. A local guy approached me and would like it to go to a good home. Going to look Sat. to take pics. and check numbers. I have no room for another.

Im told that after April 69 the ZL2 Air cleaner base changed to the ribbed design. When exactly was the change over? I'm trying to figure out what my 04C came with. Ideas?
