Originality / Re: Temp sensor

Pics sent. After removing the white plastic sleeve I can tell this end has been repaired. It looks like it was recrimped so I don't know for sure it is the original end, but it is for a round post type temp sender. Hope this helps.

If someone who knows how to put pics on here will send me their email address I will email a pic of the correct end on the wiring harness for a 69 Camaro temp. sender without gauges. I have an original harness from one of the ZL-1's that was ordered without gauges.

Nope... that is oil pressure. The temp wire is in a different harness.

Restoration / outer wheelhouses

Could someone please help me decide what brand of outer wheelhouses to buy for a 69 Camaro. I have a pair I bought several years ago that aren't even close to fitting. I know all of the aftermarket stuff needs some help to make fit but the ones I have are a joke. thanks

I am ready to repaint the dash on a car with a red interior. Can someone tell me if the vin plate was left unpainted or painted black on all dashes or was it painted the color of the dash? thanks

Pure anti-freeze will freeze at slightly below 0. I can't remember exactly seems like minus 6 or 8.

Boy did I screw this post up! The build date on my 69 camaro is 03D not 04D. I will try again. Is a March 19 build date on a 12 bolt housing  too late for a 69 Camaro with an 03D on the cowl tag? Thanks in advance for any help.
