Open headers are huge, and he's down near sea level, that makes a big difference. It might do it.

Expect to see more graffiti. A while back one of the mags had an article on the "Rosetta stone of Camaros" this car had inspection marks on everything, and the owner claims they are all exact reproductions of the original marks. Kind of implies that if you don't have these marks - your Camaro is not as good as his. The restoration was so perfect they even had the ford "caution fan" sticker on the fan shroud. Perception unfortunately can bend reality.

It also has front disc brakes with rear drum brakes and I am wanting to add power brakes.
Factory screw-in studs and guide plates on heads with 2.02's started in 1970.
Didn't the 69 Z/28 heads had guide plates that were attached with screw in studs?
All factory SBC heads were pressed-in studs prior to 1970.
Pretty sure all 2.02's came with screw in studs for high performance applications too.
I was told the same thing. You know what I did...? I bought a rebuilt master cylinder for $20 and gutted it. The rebuild kit only comes with the bushings and springs. Gutting a rebuild master cylinder got me everything...including new pistons. I then returned the empty master cylinder for my core deposit. It worked fine for me.
