Kudo's to you two, Very Cool to heard a couple of Forum Members got together to scout Parts.
We finished Portland Ore. a few weeks ago and Lots of Little items can be found if you know what to look for and are willing to get dirty and walk (Slo Crawl) about 7 miles a day.

I am ALSO in this situation; I am looking at the easy way out using SEM, Color Coat products? (Since I do not do this EVERY day Shout out to Scott) I may defer to my Hired pro painter when My car goes to Paint Jail.

I am Amazed by the Blue in the inside diameter (Bore) of the Rear spring bushing Mounts-

Wow What is going on here?

Yes, Step #9 will not work with just a Socket. I have broke two seals using "just a Socket" then fabricated a proper multi-stepped surface Seal driver to push on 3 surfaces simultaneously

Body Pan floor plugs were installed AFTER paint so they would be bare galvanized plated steel and these have paint applied from some owner in its history.

Fact check me boys, Do I have this correct?

So the blue was applied outside of factory building-construction.

Well Since we are on 2nd Gen Cars; Here is Ours, Bob S & I Built this in the early eighties, Harwood L88 Hood and Bob striping dream sheet, 350 4 speed converted from a Daytona 307 auto Car- Late 70's Street theme that was so popular

There has been some discussion about UPC 1 (BODY) / A2 WS Wiper Motor & Linkage, A3 Wiper Blades, Transmission and Cowl Vent panel & RPO Z28 striping and potential overspray on the black linkage at the different plants and how it relates to the assembly process and the potential for this detailing feature.
