General Discussion / Rocker Arm Identification - SBC
« on: February 05, 2016, 03:35:03 PM »
How many different Rocker arm identification(s) are there in the pallet ends of the various arms on SBC engines 1955 - to 1981.
Is one considered better than the others??
Thanks Gentlemen and by the way "Good morning to yah"!.

Not sure if this question should be bled into a new thread but, here we go:  According to the CanadianPoncho McKinnon table
in 1954 were ALL V8 engines destined Chevrolet, Pontiac and Oldsmobile built and assembled at the McKinnon plant ?
Thanks!

Thanks gentlemen!
Back in '65, were Canadian blocks suffix-coded any differently than U.S. blocks?
Could Rochester  7025131 and intake 3866922 dated A9 5 be good on this block - date-wise?

"On the issues with Jerry" section of the Ebay report, check the 4th paragraph in which the distributor number is short one numeric.
It is most likely a (1) ..  All else is sooo specific..  Mebbee a typo.?.?

Were these at one time or another considered a decent header and, why did Cragar branch out into the exhaust business?

Not promoting this site except for the fact it might, just might bring back some happy, long-forgotten times to a few 'old resident bards' www.colesy-juniorstockforum.com  ..
Enjoy!
