It looks like a nice driver car much like mine. The guy needlessly bashes JM saying he did not do his job and keeps on doing it. The paperwork looks like a bunch of paper to me nothing significant to the car. If I wanted another driver I would make an offer but not from this guy.

The painter replaced the window motors in my Firebird while the car was apart with repop s . Wished he had not done it. Much slower than the originals.

My L78 runs ok on pump 93 but it does diesel some when you turn it off. Mix in a gallon of two of purple gas and it sures does run better and no dieseling. I don,t run it too hard since with stock size tires it likes to break them loose at any speed. Stock except headers.

The close up of the lamp socket really shows the skin cracking on your fingers from the cleaners well. Look just like mine when I clean parts. Your work is really showing amazing results. Keep  up the good work and use the wifes hand lotion frequently.

Good luck newbie. I have been looking for several of mine for decades. But it does happen. Tracing the owner history to find out who removed it might be your best shot.

If the other (1of2) JL block you mentioned it might be mine December 68.

Mine is a 400 big block SS. Definely is missing the switch and wiring.

Does 69 use the same or a similar setup? My 69 appears to be missing it,s kick down parts.

I like evaporust. Soaking parts over night works really well but you can,t do a trunk like that. I have not used the gell but I would try it. Like has been said you would need to remove all the residue really well. After that i would use a por 15 coating before painting.

If my dad had of ordered it for me it would have had a big block in it in 60 days. I would have told him the hood latch was broke if he wanted to look. I slid a new cam in my 327 while he was out of town one week. He kept trying to smooth out the idle adjusting the carb.
