Original Winters Intake and Carb.  A tad dirty I'd say   Grin   Anyone have an idea to why there's a "Q" stamped on the Intake (last pic) ?  I've seen other Intakes without.

That's interesting.  So would it be safe to say that not all Intakes received this "inspection" stamp since I've seen some without ? And if that's the case then were they stamped periodically just for quality control every so often ?

Yes, but the VIN tag, engine and transmission could be from another '69.  Do the two hidden partial VINs on the cowl and firewall match the dash VIN?
