Restoration / 69 camaro dash bezel
« on: March 20, 2007, 01:39:27 AM »
I have a nice dash bezel, the 2 tabs above the speedo are broken off with half the tabs still there and one under the steering column, which I have the pc. Is there anyone out there that restores them? And if so where?

I would also like to put in a clock in the center of it, how is this done, the center pc looks to be all part of the bezel.

any help from anyone.

Thanks
Tom

Ed,

What do you know about distributors, I have a 1111488 9A 28  number on one that had been put in the trunk of the car, and the one that was actually on the motor I couldn't find a number. The 1111488 9A 28 distibutor had orange paint on it like it had been on the motor.

Any clue what is belongs on?? And if it belongs to the car or will work, can you lead me to someone that can rebuild it?

Thanks
Tom

Decoding/Numbers / What Does this starter belong on?
« on: December 31, 2006, 03:05:47 PM »
I have a 69 Camaro SS 350 that most of my numbers match up. I'm doing a total restore on the car. I have tore the motor all down and found that the starter number's don't match up to my book. The numbers on the starter that I do have are 1107355 8-L-20. The book says it should have 1108338. Can someone let me know what the starter that I have belongs too.

Thanks
Tom
