The character aspect ratio is different on the Ebay master cylinders from an original.

guys thanks for all of the replys.  jerry what exactly does character aspect ratio mean?  does anyone know for sure if "carsflash" masters on ebay are original or repops?   :o :o

its very hard to tell and I have an original to put it right next to. however I think the catch is that the "U S" is stamped into regular passenger car masters. this guy has alot of these and sells them cheap.  although they are very nice I would still like to find out if they are legit or not before I use them.

hey guys, for fun I bought this master cylinder on ebay. whats up with these? too cheap to be real. hi, i have 2 309 master cylinders for 69 camaros. on the driver side under the front clip that holds on the top, one has a round stamping ( looks like a zero with lines thru it) and then a D2, and the other is the same with a D3. anyone know what D2 and D3 mean?? thanks in advance

69 300 hp air cleaner is an enclosed unit with a snorkle pointed towards the right side. on automatics a heat stove tube went from the bottom of the snorkle to the exhaust manifold.  cover was black,although standard in 67 and 8  chrome engine trim became an option in 69.  I dont know how to post a pic here but if you want to contack me i will send you a great shot of mine.  rsss35069@aol.com
