I just removed my calipers to send out and get sleeved.The left outer is dated 188 left inner 249 , right outer 254 right inner 188. The car is a 12d build date.These calipers same way earlier.What should I do ? find another pair or go with these?The calipers look like they have been on the car since 1968.Thanks John

Removed the original plug wires from an original 68z tonight and I found something interesting.The car was built 07c some of the plug wires were the second quarter and some the third.Has anyone ever seen this before? The car is a low mileage super original untouched car.The intake was never removed or anything else.  John

All three of my original 68z fans have four rivets per blade.Also the clutches are dated on the hub edge and they have silver paint from the factory. John

Does anyone know if the two longer intake bolts that are bolted through the smog bracket use lock washers? most all other brackets use locks , alternator,ps ,smog adjusting brace ect... not sure on these intake bolts?   thanks John

Does anyone know were to purchased the true correct gaskets for a muncie trans. The gaskets  are the ones betwwen the main case and tail housing.The original gaskets have a tang on the edge that sticks out.All of the rebuilders are using the replacement gasket without the tang and are incorrect.  Thanks John

Does anyone know what color the wire for the trunk light is?The wire that is connected to the light???? The extension wire is orange that connects to the tail light harness . Someone said black ,but I always thought orange was correct.  Thanks John

Would a 68z use the over flow clip that has AB on it to hold the hose?It i s on the radiator tank below the id tag. There is also the built in clip on the radiator mount.  What is correct????  thanks John

anything
