638  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Originality / Re: Oil line for 1967 cars with guages on: March 19, 2008, 03:35:12 PM
that  compression fitting on the firewall is the same set up as my 12D 67 rs/ss. i purchased the car from the original owner in 1984, and it hasnt been touched. i'll have to check my assembly manual again, because i thought the same thing that something had been changed. i seem to remember that it is in the assembly manual.

AS OF APRIL FIRST, SPOILERS WERE MANDATORY AND THE PROCE OF THE Z-28 OPTION WENT FROM 473.95 TO 506.60 TO INCLUDE THE PRICE OF THE SPOILERS. AS FAR AS THE DUCTED HOOD, THERE IS A HOLE IN THE FIREWALL ANOVE THE FUSE BOX FOR THE HARNESS TO RUN THROUGH. I THINK IT IS 3/4THS OF AN INCH IN DIAMETER. SEARCH CRG FOR A THREAD ON IT. IT WAS JUST DISCUSSED NOT TOO LONG AGO.
644  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Originality / Re: 67 12bolt rear end cover ? (notch?) on: March 02, 2008, 02:15:48 PM
no notch is correct. the one with the notch is a later replacement after 1970.
good luck
