Fuel gauge was working fine when I filled the tank. Drove home and parked the car. Next time I started it the gauge went past full to  3 o'clock. Any ideas what happened?

What is the correct brake booster fitting for a 69 Z intake. Is it the threaded one with one vacuum port?

General Discussion / 302DZ balancer

Looking to find a replacement balancer for my 1969 302DZ. I called Ricks Camaro and asked them about the one they sell. Supposedly it is technically correct but they gave me the GM part number. It is 88960604. The application is for a 1970-74 350, ZZ4 crate engine. GM performance parts shows that current replacements are no longer available. Does anyone know what I should go with? I hate to buy a used one. Also what is the thickness of the original. Is it 1 11/16 inches?

General Discussion / SS350 3 speed production figures

I just purchased a numbers matching SS350 3 speed. I have read that they only made 3079 cars with a 3 speed, however that included SS cars and LM1 cars. Are there any figures on how many SS350's were produced? I do know that I'm going to put a 4 speed in it and put the 3 speed aside. Also change the gearing. It's quite the dog with the current combo.
