No.

Here's a link with better info on batteries that I put together:

2808  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Decoding/Numbers / Re: 1969 LM1 could this be one on: February 22, 2007, 11:12:57 PM
I've seen others with a 2.56. It appears that it was the economy ratio.

No, it was not in the database.

It has a 3 speed indicator on the column? Trans is gone?

Thanks!

Yes, the car is an LM1. No other model could have an X44 tag and 2 fuel lines.
Could you check the VIN, it's missing a digit?
Do you have the rear axle code?

Thanks!

The L35's were available for a few months before the L78's were released.
2811  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Originality / Re: 1967 396 on: February 20, 2007, 03:04:12 PM
That is incorrect.
There were no 396 cars built before January 67. None.
2812  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Decoding/Numbers / Re: This VIN still out there ??? on: February 20, 2007, 02:59:45 PM
I'm trying to find/contact the current owner. The current owner knew it was a COPO when he bought it back in 86.
2813  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Decoding/Numbers / Re: This VIN still out there ??? on: February 19, 2007, 01:15:18 AM
Nope, this car is the real one. Bought out of OH in about 86.

Does your dad still have any of the factory paperwork on the car?

It sounded like the car still has a lot of its original parts, btw.

Umm, that car wouldn't happen to be something special would it?
What dealer did he buy it at?

Car was owned by a friend of a friend of mine. I don't have contact info and am not sure he still owns it, but I'll find out.
2816  Camaro Research Group Discussion / General Discussion / Re: History Needed For Z28, N513449 on: February 18, 2007, 12:25:02 AM
Car was out of Nazareth, PA back in 2005.

>It's an early production car with no X codes and no paperwork

The car had a window sticker and POP, they aren't there anymore?

We will not document a car. As Jeff says, that's not what we do.
And the database was started 9 years ago (though many of the data sources are older than that).

Bill,
Instead of starting multiple posts about the same car, can you keep posting on one thread?
