If you can get your hands on an NOS set of bumper guards for the front of your 67, it comes with a handy dandy template to help you line up your holes for drilling. When I did mine, I ended up "calling a friend" to provide dimensions off an original car.

Eastwood sells all you need to paint/dye your interior plastic and vinyl pieces. Get their Plastic and Vinyl Prep to clean the surface(s), the Sand Free adhesion promoter, and the Sems paint for vinyl and plastic. If your interior is black, Sems Landau Black is the ticket. Follow the instructions that come with the products and you'll be pleased with the results.

The production date and color/options tie in 100% with the Indianapolis 500 and the Indy 67 Camaro pace car production and related promotional campaigns.

Gorries of Toronto sold black-on-gold Camaros with gold accents, called "Black Panther". Some of these cars had 427ci motors installed by the dealer. Here are some pictures of a small block Black Panther car restored by the origninal owner:

If your car was sold new in Canada, you can get a bulid sheet from GM of Canada. It won't cost you anything to find out if they have it in their records. Call George Zapora at 905-440-7636. If it turns out you have a car sold out of Gorries in Toronto, chances are you might've stumbled onto a very rare beast indeed.

If you have an old bottle opener (the kind with a can opener on the other end), it will take them off quickly and without any damage.

Get TWO of the old-style bottle cap openers. Wrap black electrical tape around the ROUND ends (not the pointy end), to avoid scratching or denting the moulding. GENTLY pry off the mouldings, starting with the L-shaped connector piece. Using two tools avoids twisting the moulding when you pry.

Wouldn't you need to add an extra inch for the Z28 to account for the 15" wheels?
