Right after the paint code 67 there is an E. What does the E stand for? Code 67 with 713. Burgundy with black houndstooth.

Decoding/Numbers / 67 RS wheel well mouldings ?
« on: April 14, 2009, 05:42:50 PM »
I have been looking at these since 1977 seeing they will never be going on my car. Part #s 9785880, 9785881, 4229494, 4229493. I believe they are RS. If so what are they worth? Thanks.

Didn't they stamp the trans the same time as the block?  If so wouldn't those same  627 #s would be on the trans as well.

They list all those SS RS 396 427 Muncie in the ad so it will pull up in more searches. At least the body # is not blocked out so it will be on record. That tag will probably be back on ebay on a "REAL 69Z" in the future.  If it is for sale on a car in the future hopefully somebody will catch it and steer the new prospective  owner to this thread.

General Discussion / 69 Camaro wheel well mouldings $$$ needed
« on: February 27, 2008, 09:14:17 PM »
After refusing to pay $400 a set 2 years ago and watching them go up i bought 2 sets from an ad on Camaro Tech for $600 a set. Well, good old UPS crushed the box and wouldn't you know of the 2 damaged ones,  you guessed it the RIGHT REAR was one. I need 2 estimates for insurance reasons. I printed out Heartbeat Citys for  $750 a set.  Anybody know of another company selling a set I can print out with the price on it.. Thanks. Leo.

Originality / 69 eliptical antenna
« on: February 22, 2008, 01:43:03 PM »
I've seen eliptical antennas with a eliptical tip on the end or a round tip on the end. Which is correct for a 69 camaro? Thanks.
