Originality / Re: medium green interior, dark green dash pad?

I know this was possible in 1968. Ivy green interior with dark green dash pad and dark green pillar post molding. This is the way my Camaro came from factory. Second owner car.

Two tone Camaro, Wish it was closer as I would like to own one of the two tone cars. Azure Turquoise lower Dover White upper. This will be a very cool car when done.

To me that looks like the best use of the Dynacore body. No need for a trim tag or vin number. LOL

My 03D L30/M20 does not have them LOS Camaro.

Have your insurance agent run the numbers. They have a data base which goes back older than the police. Less questions asked if the insurance does the check. Hope you find it.

Decoding/Numbers / Re: Is this vin in the CRG database?

The old Camaro Corral Mag had a form in it when they started the decode of the first gen Camaro's. I will see if I can find a copy of it and get some digital photo's of it. Ed I will e-mail you the photo's and you can do with them as you see. Hope they are not to large. Weston

Just a question on the unused code. Does your Camaro have the fiber optic or the light monitoring system (U46) on the fenders? I also have the same code on my POP but do not have the door molding or floor mats, granted the floor mats could have been trashed years ago. Could this code could be for punching the holes in the fenders, as they were punched not cut out? As floor mats and door molding were very common and the 3 code is very rare on the POP maybe this is what it was for.  Thank you for the responce.

Decoding/Numbers / 1969 Numbers
« on: March 31, 2006, 06:50:28 AM »
These are the numbers off a 1969 shell that I picked up.
124379N600648
69   12437NOR265015
711   50  50
02B    X44
Only has single 3/8 fuel line so I think it is a 350 L65 or a 307. Would make a neat clone Z10 Camaro. Also it is an air condition camaro. Needs lots of stuff. Years away from restoring.
Thank you for a great site.
