My 70 Z is a 5E build and the date on the MSO is may 29th. I also have the MSO for a 69 z I sold.

Thanks John. I also posted this on NCRS. Has there been any comparison of the Vette shipping records to MSO dates?

Is the date on a mso the date the car was completed?

Just wondering if the Corvette was some type of pre-production show car or? Would seem odd to have all those 69 pace cars together a year later?

I don't understand this question.

Sometimes real hard to see down by oil filter. Especially if still had paint on it.

I can't see the speedo cable hole in the firewall or the clips. Might be there but I can't see. And the shifter hole doesn't appear
torched.

The title would be the least of my concerns on this one. This car would only be worth fixing if it had the original drivetrain and  it would still be a labor of love. Kinda interesting that it appears to be a 3sp with no console car.

That's great. Looking forward to meeting you. I really like this club. I don't have anything against later model Camaros but It's nice having all 1st and 2nd gens. Even though some are modified and some are stock there's more in common than with the later model people.

I have a space in the red field and will be showing a Camaro with "Classic Camaros of the Carolinas" (all classics, all the time) on Sat and Sun.
