On the Lateral -G site and Protouring site there are in depth discussions about this subject... all I can tell you is that it is a ot of work to do it right . I used a little wood roller , the handle of a screw driver and a blow drier on occassion, to install Dyanamat....

Here is one of the threads on Lateral-G but I would use the search function to find out more  http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=10247

There are a bunch on Protour just use the search function and try "sound deadner" or dynamat

http://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4388&highlight=sound+deadner

Personally you hear a lot of people praise different products then you will hear someone say that same product didn't work for them . Dynamat was the only one that everyone said worked great but the big complait was the price. I went through this about two or three years ago so maybe something has changed but these are good sites to use the search function and do your homework

I used the Marquez ones and their rear tail light bezel . Customer service is non exsitent though

Dynamat seems to be the only material that has consistent feedback from people who use it . I have put it in two of my cars and man does it make a differnece.

The other products .. you here about odor , some guys have put other brands in the car only to have it all come lose or get greasy .

I found the big boxes on ebay for around 100 dollars. if you search on ebay you can find good deals

John is a good guy . But I do see a point here that I think is valid.... not only is the car getting publicity the fake broach marks and fake paperwork are getting publicity too. On one had this could help an uneducated buyer . They read this article and say " people are producing fake paperwork and engine stamps, I better be careful when I buy a car and make sure I get an expert to qualify the package before I part with my money" the other side is an unscroupulous characeter, of which there seems to be no shortage of these days, says " wow I can fake a car , paperwork or both , and for a small investment get a nice return" .... I don't think the article needed to make any refrence to the fake paperwork on the car. The car is beautiful and stands on its own , the paperwork doesn't have any bearing on that. I am a bit surprised that Hemmings would refer to paperwork .

Lightly decked but according to Kurt or Mark on a Team Camaro posting the numbers look good... that was a steal for 800 bucks !!  ;D

Great insight Kevin. I wish the car looked a little different . Kind of looks like the little Caddy . Even so I am still considering taking the plung on one . Sound slike the performance will win me over !

V6's can produce power comparable to a V8 - look at the 80's Grand National

My six produces about 800 HP... it has two turbos on it instead of the GN's one but it is only 3.2 liters :)

Mike at Mike's Custom Cars is now making billet tail lights and other billet products. He was having problems getting pieces from other vendors so he decided to make his own. He is also doing interior pieces. I would call Mike and let him know what you want . He is very motivated to do these pieces and give good customer service

Clippinger Chevrolet has only been in West Covina for a few years.  They spent the good ol' glory days in their original home at the corner of Citrus Ave. and San Bernardino Road in Covina.  May not seem like much to most people but it's been a big deal around here.

Correct ... the original dealership is still there though I beleive it is only a service or used car dept. I went by in 2006
