3  Camaro Research Group Discussion / Maintenance / Re: Stuck piston in NOS wheel cylinder on: February 20, 2015, 08:23:57 PM
I have a NOS front wheel cylinder with one of the pistons stuck. Any ideas how I can unstick it without taking the cylinder apart or causing any damage? Thanks.

If it's sticking you are going to have to rebuild it.  If one is sticking I would do all of them.

Try Goggle and some of the other search engines and see how many hits you get.

If it's actually 7B1 then its 1967 October first week. I believe they didn't use a 0 for the month of October, so they used a,b,c for Oct-Dec.

My Holley is dated 902 on a 10E car.

May need to remove some paint to get a better look at it.
" I " was used on cast not stamped.

From the sellers other items, and all big blocks.  I believe this was for sale a few years ago from a different seller.

Large end of bushing should be to the outside. The fit will be tight so I little lube and persuasion might be needed.

Thanks,
